When Lance Frank first arrived in the Coachella Valley in late 1989 he was a manager for a Fortune 500 consumer electronics chain in Palm Springs and later Palm Desert. The 90's were explosive years for technology. For 12 years he enjoyed helping everyone from hospitality workers to Hollywood celebrities incorporate the latest technology into their lives. Ironically, when the company switched to a computerized inventory replenishment and staffing system they took away much of his ability to be directly accountable to his customers. When that happened he decided to move on. It did not surprise him when the company eventually went out of business. He realized that though technology was an excellent tool, over reliance upon it was a trap many businesses would fall into if they lost sight of the importance of a single individual's direct accountability to the customer.

Emboldened by his success buying and selling his own home, Lance became a full time Realtor which, as an independent contractor, gave him the same direct accountability to his clients. He became a licensed salesperson with Tarbell Realtors in 2006 and a full Broker in 2008. As a Broker he could have started his own firm, but instead choose to continue his affiliation with the well-respected 100 year old Southern California brand until in 2019 they were acquired by Berkshire Hathaway Home Services California Properties, a franchise of one of the most respected brands in the world.

Lance is a member of the National, State and California Desert Association of Realtors which dominates The Greater Palm Spring Area and has served on its Government Affairs, MLS and Grievance committees since 2017. He sits on the Board as a Director of his local Homeowners Association and is a Member At Large of The World Affairs Council of The Desert and The Mended Hearts support group.

Unlike his past experience selling technology, as a Realtor he is now a user of it. But his true "super power" isn't technological​​ expertise. It's knowing how to use technology to apply his extensive local market knowledge, transaction process experience, negotiation and marketing skills to serve his client's wants and needs and most importantly, to fulfill his promise to deliver the utmost care, loyalty, integrity, honesty and the absolute highest level of service to them .
