We met Lance at the pro tennis tournament a couple years ago. We asked him to put us on a list that would email us vacation condominium property listings that matched our criteria. When a certain condominium caught our attention a couple years later and the time was also right for us, we contacted Lance to arrange a weekend of touring various listings. When we arrived, he provided us a notebook with a section for each property we were to tour. The notebook contained detailed information on each property, as well as available information on the resort the property was located in, including the amenities such as the tennis and golf facilities. We toured a dozen or so places, but ultimately the condo that originally attracted our attention was still the best choice for us. Lance skillfully helped us negotiate the deal, and proceed through the inspection and paperwork to closing, all while we had returned to our full time home in another state.
